Target Beneficiaries: 27,734 individuals
- Solar Water supply network in Ghundi village.
- Spring Cistern Gravity Water supply network in Khowaja Angor Village.
- Spring Cistern Gravity Water supply network in Karakat village.
- Spring Cistern Gravity Water supply network in Gulab Khel village.
- Construction and repairing of 65 wells in 45 villages in Chak district.
-  Implementation WASH in School project including construction of 4+1 latrines, Hand WASH facility, digging of Water well and solar power system for well of 7 School in Chak and Day-Mirdad districts of Maidan Wardak Province. 
-  Hygiene promotion, PSEA and AAP trainings by 2 female and 2 male trainers to male and female in all targeted villages.
-  Distribution of Hygiene kits have been conducted for 2,000 families.
-  Mechanic Training for 4 water supply networks and 65 water wells in 49 villages.
-  Distribution of Repairing Kits for 49 Mechanics
