Values

Values:

The NGO or a non-profit organization set core values assist its employees to be united and guide the organization’s thinking and action.  The ANURDO values are:

1. 1. Ensuring impartiality and respect to people creed, race, gender, age, minorities, faction, ethnicity, sect and political affiliation.
2. 2. Show respect and consider to people’s religion and cultural norms.
3. 3. Remain gender sensitive and promote women and children rights.
4. 4. Promote peace and stability, work with honesty and tolerance, remain loyal and have integrity to the principles of provision humanitarian assistance.
5. 5. Accountability to community and all stakeholders, remain committed, transparent, honest and courageous throughout implementation of the project.
6. 6. Give importance to learning from experiences, adding and sharing with all stakeholders for future implementation.​​​​​​​
